Life begins at the end of your comfort zone. - Neale Donald Walsch
I really love this quote, so I decided to frame it in this really big frame that used to be hanging above my bed:
I created a Photoshop document that was the same size as the frame; 34.5 inches tall and 25 inches wide.
This is my Photoshop document, the quote is typed in Times New Roman font, size 120.
I saved my Photoshop file as a PDF, put it on a USB flash drive, and took it over to Kinkos where they printed it on one of their oversized black and white printers for less than $10.
The paper was kind of flimsy, so I mounted in on a piece of foam core with some spray adhesive.
And for some color, I painted the frame - the color is by Glidden, it's called "Amsterdam."
And here's how it looks all put together:
I'm not sure where I'm going to hang it yet. For right now, it's leaning against the wall next to my nightstand. I see it every morning when I step out of bed - which is actually kind of a good place come to think of it.
Felling inspired to frame a quote to motivate you in 2012? These are some of my other favorite quotes:
Keep your heels, head and standards high. - etiquetteforalady.tumblr.com
Courage does not always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, I will try again tomorrow. - Mary Anne Radmacher
Have faith in yourself and in the future. - Ted Kennedy
