The Best Holiday Cards

I love greeting cards, in fact I'm kind of obsessed with them.  Every year I scour the internet for holiday card ideas.  In case you're on the hunt for some cool cards to send this season, I thought I'd share some of my favorites with you:

  1. This holiday card has a unicorn on it...need I say more?  It's by Egg Press.
  2. The strokes of the snow angel on this card are embossed, not printed, into the white background - this is holiday card perfection if you ask me.  It's by Etsy Seller Campbell Raw Press.
  3. How fun is this font and these colors?!  This is such a happy season's greetings - and the seller, U.K. company Paperchase, is donating a portion of the sales from this card to charity.
  4. Peach and olive are such a fun take on a traditional red and green.  This sweet card is sold by Shelf Life.
  5. I think this is the holiday card Andy Warhol would have sent.  It's by Beau Ideal.
  6. Peace - there is no holiday message more universal - and I love how this graphic conveys that sentiment without the help of any text.  This card is by Pancake and Franks, but sadly I don't think they make it anymore.  That said, this card would be a pretty easy DIY.
And speaking of DIY, I made the holiday cards I sent last year.  They looked like this:

Look familiar? Remember I shared details about how I made these cards and envelopes (which were modeled after Hinson's Firework fabric) in this post: Baby You're A Firework.

I'm definitely planning to send holiday cards again this year, but it's too early to know what they're going to look like and whether I'm going to make 'em or buy 'em.  How about you?
